- When considering audience-building strategies that expand an organization's scope, consider ways to “meet people where they are,” such as with offsite performances at venues closer to the audiences an organization wants to reach. While it may not mean these people will attend performances at the main venue, the off-site performances may facilitate valuable connections with audience members.
