Summary
Parks managers could learn a lot by surveying visitors, but many don’t do it. This brief study shows five ways to collect the information and suggests how surveys can be used to improve parks. The report, one of three policy briefs stemming from The Wallace Foundation’s Urban Parks initiative, was written by the Urban Institute.
