Miata Fuller
Miata Fuller joined Wallace in 2026. She works to strengthen collaboration and operational cohesion across the foundation and to expand the president’s capacity to focus on strategic, relational, and learning priorities.
Fuller has more than two decades of experience in the nonprofit, education, and corporate sectors. Before joining Wallace, she served as chief of staff and organizational development officer at New Leaders, an education nonprofit, where she held numerous senior leadership roles and played a central role in guiding the organization's growth, culture, and strategic transformation.
Fuller began her career as an accountant at KPMG and later worked in various capacities at NBC, Edison Schools, and the Black Alliance for Educational Options. She brings to Wallace a blend of analytical rigor, people-centered leadership, and a commitment to excellence and organizational impact. She champions high-performance cultures that empower leaders, teams, and organizations to accomplish mission-driven results.
Fuller holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University. She lives in Jersey City, N.J., and enjoys watching sports and planning her next travel destination.
