
Peter Hlinka
Peter Hlinka joined The Wallace Foundation in 2025. He supports the foundation’s executive leadership team with a focus on operations, scheduling, and board engagement. He helps ensure smooth coordination across the office of the president, manages key partner outreach processes, and develops systems that support the foundation’s long-term goals.
Hlinka brings more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including senior-level roles in operations and executive support. He has a strong background in C-suite management, strategic planning, and communications, with a track record of creating efficient processes that strengthen both internal collaboration and external partnerships.
Before joining Wallace, Hlinka worked as a senior manager for operations at a national education nonprofit, where he supported the CEO’s office, led organizational scheduling and travel systems, and played a central role in coordinating board meetings and funder engagement.
Hlinka earned his B.A. in English with a focus on creative writing from Oberlin College. In his free time, he has co-founded creative and community-based initiatives that bring together art, design, and storytelling, creating experiences that encourage reflection and connection.
