Michael Loughran

Michael Loughran joined the investment team at Wallace in 2024. He assists the chief investment officer in the management of the foundation’s investment portfolio. His responsibilities include providing quantitative and qualitative support throughout all steps of the investment review and decision-making process.

Before arriving at Wallace, Loughran was a senior investment analyst at Spider Management Company, where he served in direct support of the chief investment officer and other investment professionals on the team responsible for managing $6 billion in assets under management for the University of Richmond and its nonprofit partners.

Loughran received a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Richmond in Richmond, Va, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is also a CFA Level II candidate and an avid Boston sports fan.
